The CA-401 Vegetable Preparation machine designed to process large amounts of fruit and vegetables quickly and safely. Saves on labour costs, quick return of investment and hygienic results. Built-in safety features to ensure maximum safety for the user. Ideal for schools, hospitals, busy cafes, pubs, restaurants and hotels. Three phase 1-speed motor (365rpm) and stainless steel motor base, without a plug (requires hardwiring). Large production attachment includes an inlet for long vegetables, along with a separate large inlet (286cm squared) for larger items and/or larger quantities. Up to 650 kg/hour output. Complete selection with over 30 discs available. Mashed potato accessory available as an option. Note: Disc Kit 1 includes 4mm Julienne Disc (FCE-4+), 4mm Shredding Disc (FR-4+), 3mm Curved Slicing Disc (FCC-3+).
