Vacuum packing machine recommended for use with waterbaths, the double seam and sever closure not only seals the pouch but prevents contamination of the waterbath. Programmable control panel allows vacuum levels for different products to be pre-stored. Filler plates adjust for different height products and speed up vacuum time.
