High performance gas boiling top with six powerful dual concentric burners for precise control, and a low level flue, allowing use of the entire hob top - the ideal way to increase gas hob capacity within a busy commercial kitchen. Robust, matt enamelled cast iron pan supports and unique cast iron hob front are ideal for heavy-duty use with commercial size pans, and the fully sealed hob is easy to clean.
