This is a tough, heavy duty and powerful gas griddle by Lincat, with chrome plating on a thick steel base giving it a tough and scratch-resistant finish with even heat distribution. The independently controlled thermostatic dual heat zones are great economy savers during the quieter periods and the flush radiused sides are designed specifically for easy cleaning.<br/><br/>Please note, products that are gas powered and have been installed into a mobile catering outlet such as, but not limited to, a catering trailer, will only qualify for a parts only warranty. 1/2" male gas connection Weight : 79kg
