This is an easy to use robust stainless steel gas steam oven by Lincat with simple controls and an internal steam generator which ensures the oven remains fully saturated with steam for high quality results. Gently steaming food helps it to retain important nutrients and reduces shrinkage improving both taste and cost-effectiveness. The positive door latch and effective door seal is there for greater energy efficiency. WRAS approved components and materials. Also features adjustable legs to enable use on uneven flooring. Gas models feature piezo ignition and flame failure device for safe and easy operation.
