This King Edward compact electric potato baker is a fan assisted convection oven with independently heated built-in wet or dry heat bain marie top, removable pans for hot toppings and a table top preparation area. The baker is illuminated, showing off the cooked potoatoes, and also features a customer-facing wipe-clean toughened glass menu board for displaying any specials and comes with removable oven shelves. There is no need for any additional or specialist ventilation or exhaust canopy.
