It comes supplied with a fish grid and an integral dust and debris cover supplied as standard and piezo ignition for simple lighting. The fryer has an oil capacity of 24 litres and can produce up to 54kg of perfectly fried chips (14mm, chilled and pre-blanched) per hour.
