12" deep pan non-slip pizza covers to keep air out whilst dough is being proven and to prevent stacks of pizza pans from falling over when in transit.
Made from 1.2mm aluminium.
For use when dough is being proven in the pizza pan.
Help to keep air from getting to the dough, assisting it to rise.
Covers fit over the rim of the pan, and also have a recess ensuring that the pan being stacked on top does not slide off when moved or carried.
