Details
A stainless steel, dual chamber, unstirred digital sous vide water bath from Clifton, which allows each chamber to be used simultaneously at two different temperatures and with two different liquids. Temperature and time can be set easily and quickly with the wipe-clean, push-button control panel. Low liquid and run dry warnings are displayed on a bright LED panel. Integrated timer can be set for up to 99 hours with an audio and visual alert. Drain taps are included for each chamber helping with easy cleaning. Current time and temperature settings are retained in the memory even after the water bath is turned off.
