Built-in safety features to ensure maximum safety for the user. Ideal for large schools, hospitals, restaurants & hotels, and production kitchens. Three phase 2-speed motor (365/730rpm) and stainless steel motor base, supplied without a plug (requires hardwiring). Comes with an automatic hopper as standard, with an inlet measuring 273cm squared for larger quantities. Up to 1000 kg/hour output. Complete selection with over 30 discs available. Mashed potato accessory available as an option. Note: Disc Kit 2 includes 4mm Julienne Disc (FCE-4+), 4mm Shredding Disc (FR-4+), 3mm Curved Slicing Disc (FCC-3+), 10mm Chipping Grid (FFC-10+), 10mm Dicing Grid (FMC-10+) & 10mm Slicing Disc (FC-10+).
