This innovative stainless steel complete hog roast machine by Spitting Pig is suitable for cooking pig, lamb and four sirloins of beef at any one time. When ready the doors can be removed, the meat is raised and the chef is able to carve from behind the machine, giving the customers full view of the roast, unlike other machines on the market where carving is done from the front. While on the spit, the meat will slowly cool down over a period of about an hour. Gas hose and adaptor is supplied.
