A heavy-duty, thermostatically controlled bratt pan from Falcon, with six different cooking options: griddle, shallow fry, deep fry, boil, simmer and stew. The cast iron pan offers excellent heat distribution delivering greater consistency in cooked food, and the pan is tilted by means of a manual, easy-to-turn handle, making it easy to operate. The safety of those using the bratt pan is paramount, therefore power is cut-off if the pan is moved from the fully lowered position, or is lifted at any time.
