Delivery
Standard UK Delivery Service (Next Day)
Delivery is usually made the next day if you order before 12 Noon.
Next day delivery only applies to mainland UK orders and excludes remote and offshore areas.
Next day delivery excludes weekends - please select a premium service if you require a Saturday delivery.
Orders placed after 12 Noon Friday and over the weekend will be processed Monday for delivery Tuesday.
Standard UK delivery charge excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle Of Man and Isle Of Wight. For these areas please contact us for a quotation for carriage on 01384 561 786.

Premium delivery services, such as delivery on a Saturday or next day delivery before 10AM, can be arranged at extra cost
You should order before 12 Noon to ensure your premium delivery arrives on time.
We cannot offer premium delivery options for remote areas, offshore and Northern Ireland.

Offshore And Remote Deliveries
For remote areas, off-shore and Northern Ireland please allow 3-4 days for delivery.
Postage rates for these areas vary, please check our table below.
A supplimentary delivery cost for heavy equipment may apply.
We cannot offer premium delivery services for remote, offshore and Northern Ireland.

Large Products & Heavy Equipment
Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customers resposibility.
Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.

Shortages
Please check all deliveries BEFORE you sign for them count the number of packages matches the paperwork and inspect the goods before signing the delivery note.
You should be satisfied that the delivery has been made in full, if there are any shortages you must contact us as soon as possbile.

Cancellations
Orders once received are processed during normal working hours, if you wish to cancel any order you must contact us during office hours on 01384 561 786, should the order reached the stage of despatch a handling charge maybe applicable for restocking.
